Programme Info

Our programmes are adapted to the needs of each individual option and include access to support by e-mail or telephone during the duration of this period.

Free 15-minutes consultation, usually by phone call, previous to sessions.

    • Develop a deeper understanding of the physiology involved in Stress and Anxiety and by learning how to manage your emotions controlling your body reactions.

    • Learn how to alleviate the symptoms of anxiety, relieve stress successfully helping to relax and quieten the mind and the body.

    • Reconnect with your body, learn how to control your emotions by observing your body responses to stressful triggers.

    • Learn different tools that will enable you to continue working in managing anxiety and improving your well-beintg, once the workshop is finished.

  • 1 Session

    60 minutes x 1 - (€85 per session)

    Pack of 6 Sessions

    6 Sessions x 60 minutes each, usually arranged as 1 session per week (€360 per pack - €60 per session). After two sessions, you can cancel the following sessions with a full refund

    Extra Follow-up Sessions

    1 Session x 60 minutes/session after each pack of 6 sessions (€45 per session)

  • One of our responses to stress is over breathing, which is a normal response to stress, as our body prepares to face a potential danger. However, this response becomes abnormal when stress is sustained over the long term and there is not an opportunity for the body to normalise the breathing. How we deal with stress and for how long, determines the effect it has on our body and mind.

    Anxiety is the biggest mental health issue worldwide in our society, Anxiety and Stress have become a common subject to talk about , as it seen as part of our everyday life. However, there are many things you can do to reduce and improve the symptoms of stress and anxiety, like retrain your breathing, which it will help you to have more control over your emotions
