Health Coaching

A Health Coach is a trained professional and expert in behaviour change. They focus on improving health related outcomes by working in partnership with clients who want to improve their health and wellness, by setting personalised goals and adopting sustainable lifestyle choices to meet these goals.

Health coaches also work with people with physical and/or mental health conditions and those at risk of developing them.

  • Nuria’s background is in Health Psychology. She runs an expert holistic health coach service based in the Costa del Sol. She supports and guides both women and men to make positive, realistic, sustainable and effective health changes into their lives. 

    Nuria runs international & Spain based health & wellness retreats and corporate workshops as well as 1-2-1 coaching.

  • Small Group Coaching is an option provided for those who prefer to move toward their healthy goals amongst an intimate group of friends or family members.

    This is also a more economical option.

  • Wellness in the workplace Program

    Educational workshops of breathing re-education and calming techniques to combat stress, control emotions, become more productive and boost general wellbeing.

    The program includes:

    5 weeks of work. One session a week (this includes an initial free of charge 30 minutes consultation previous to the workshop).

    Exercises and tools provided to continue improving and practising after the workshop.

    Support during the duration of the workshop.

    Flexibility of reschedule.

    Shorter workshops and extended sessions available on request.

Health Psychology

Health Psychology examines how the Biological, Social and Psychological factors influence your health choices.

One of the primary goals of Health Psychologists is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with chronic health conditions. This can involve helping them to better manage their illness, increase their confidence and self-efficacy, and improve their overall well-being.

Health psychologists also design and evaluate treatment plans to help reduce your disease risk, improve outcomes, and improve your quality of life, this is done through therapy, education, or the use of other techniques.

These psychologists are trained to promote healthy lifestyles and help people improve their quality of life.

Our programmes are adapted to the needs of each individual option and include access to support by e-mail or telephone during the duration of this period.

We will work together towards building the change you need to feel healthy, strong, happy and energised.

    • An initial 30 minutes free phone/video call will be provided before the sessions, in which will briefly discuss your health, lifestyle and goals. This enables us to pinpoint the specific areas that may need support.

    • After the free consultation, During our 1-2-1 sessions, we will discuss the areas that need support in more detail. We will work towards understanding how the practises in your everyday life affect your body and mind. I will support you to implement behavioural changes that will have a positive impact in your health and general wellness.

    • My overall aim is to empower you. We will work together towards building the change you need to feel healthy, strong, happy, energised, restful, in control of your emotions and happier.

  • 1 session

    1 hour session = €95

    Follow up 1-2-1 60 minute sessions = €85

    This includes a write up email to follow up the session with an additional telephone conversation.

    6 sessions over 6 weeks

    X6 1-2-1 60 minute sessions = €450

    This includes a report after every session, unlimited email support between sessions and resources to support you to implement the changes needed to achieve your goals.

    12 sessions over 3 months

    X12 1-2-1 60 minute sessions = €750

    This includes a report after every session, unlimited email support between sessions and resources to support you to implement the changes needed to achieve your goals.

  • If you are not ready to work one on one, we can still work together remotely, from the comfort of your own home. Remote coaching works really well too. You will receive your scheduled weekly sessions over Zoom.

    We will start with a free 30 min consultation to see what you would like to achieve, and for me to better understand the changes and support you need. Then you will have your own booked in sessions each week and you can contact me any day if you need me. We will check every week if the time scale feels right for you.
